NEW! School Business Professional Apprenticeship
School Business Professionals (SBPs) perform a role which is unique to schools, administering and managing the financial, site and support services within the school setting.
Training includes:
- Financial and Operational Management
- Project and Strategic Management
- Governance and Risk
- Marketing
- Communication and Relationship Building
- Managing Support Services
EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
Delivered over 12 months, this apprenticeship enables learners to gain their BTEC Level 2 Certificate in Children's and Young Peoples Workforce.
This qualification enables learners to:
- Understand and apply the principles of child development
- Improve their techniques when working with children
- Increase their confidence and competence
- Attain a nationally recognized qualification
Completers may want to progress onto their Level 3 qualifications.
EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR
Delivered over 18 months, this apprenticeship enables learners to gain their Level 3 Diploma in Children's Learning & Development (Early Years Educator).
It focuses on the following core areas:
- Child development
- Communication
- Equality, diversity and inclusion
- Health and safety
- Personal development
- Professional relationships
- Promoting positive behaviour
- Safeguarding
Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship
Designed for learning support staff working as a Teaching Assistant, Classroom Assistant or Learning Support Assistant working in Key Stage 1 and above.
Training will include:
- Working with teachers to accurately assess
- Using technology
- Developing strategies for support
- Working with teachers to understand and support assessment for learning
- Keeping children safe in education
- Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion
