Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship embeds the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) Level 3 course content and aligns with the British Institute of Recruiters' Certified Agency Recruiter qualification.
Recommended by REC, this apprenticeship is ideal for recruiters working in a 360 role.
It’s funded through the apprenticeship levy or 95% government funding if non-levy, with no extra cost for the REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment practice (CertRP) qualification. Training starts year-round and is available nationwide, either on-site or remotely.
What will you learn?
This apprenticeship will cover the following core areas:
- Principles of assessing labour market conditions.
- Candidates sourcing techniques.
- Methods of communication and interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
- Planning and prioritising of activities to meet the organisation's recruitment strategy, including managing resources throughout the recruitment cycle and increasing talent and client pipelines.
- Working with leads and converting them into new candidates or clients.
- Planning and managing the recruitment campaign.

Duration and delivery
Training is delivered in the workplace with a mixture of face to face and remote sessions.
As we offer this qualification nationally, remote sessions are available for those apprentices who are working outside of Gloucestershire.
This apprenticeship is 18 months, plus 3 months for End Point Assessment.
