This 2 day course is aimed at building your confidence and skills for handling telephone calls in a work environment. 

Conquer your fear of the phone. Ideal for those who use the phone for work already and want to improve their skills or for those looking for a role where a telephone might be used, such as a receptionist, office role and roles that use a telephone.

  • These courses will be free of charge for learners aged 19 and over (as at 31st August of the academic year) in receipt of certain benefits or employed learners earning less than £22,308.00 annual gross salary.
