Hannah joined the College in 2024 and is responsible for leading the people strategy, with a focus on recruiting, developing and retaining staff who will deliver the best outcomes for learners.
A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Hannah has extensive experience of people management in the education sector. She holds an MSc in Business Management from Loughborough University, along with postgraduate Diplomas in Human Resource Management and Employment Law.
Hannah is dedicated to fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment that promotes professional growth and excellence in education.
