The Audit Committee focuses on the College's systems of internal control, including risk management. This assures the Board that the College's operation in these areas is at an acceptable level.

The Curriculum and Quality Committee (formerly the Learning and Quality Committee) looks at all aspects of the College which relate to students, including courses, performance, support and improvement strategies.
