I joined the Gloucestershire College Board of Governors because I believe the College and its partners play a vital role in helping to improve social mobility, reduce unemployment and support local businesses to develop and grow their people. Education gives people purpose and improves wellbeing. I hope my skills in HR, and my experience over the last 15 years of working with hundreds of small businesses across the Southwest, will bring value to the College’s role within the wider community.
